Does Badger have an Athletic Trainer?
Athletic Trainer: Rebecca Falkiner Rebecca.falkiner@aah.org 262-249-6344
An Athletic Trainer is provided at Badger High at no cost to you. They are health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. The athletic trainer is responsible for the well being of your child while they are participating in sports. They can perform evaluations and diagnosis of acute, sub-acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders along with emergency care, prevention, and rehabilitation of injuries. They are here to prevent injuries in athletics and help save you unnecessary trips to the doctor. If your son or daughter goes to the doctor for athletic injury/illness, it is much appreciated if they bring a “release back to sports note” from the doctor. No Athletic Trainer is onsite when school is not in session (i.e. winter break, spring break).
